In this life we are given many opportunities. Some of them are good opportunities, some bad and some may not matter all that much. However there are those opportunities that come along that we many times see as inconveniences to our desired way of life.
What do I mean my inconveniences?
Many and maybe even most abortions happen because people don’t want their life interrupted. They don’t want to take the time to raise another human being they would have to be responsible for. They have careers, relationships, financial issues, the party life, etc, etc, etc………….
The Bible tells us to take care of the Orphans and the Widows, yet we have more than One Hundred Thousand kids in the United States alone that need adoptive families and Millions of Christians who could take these children. It is inconvenient.
We have millions of elderly people in the United States who never receive a visit. We are too busy and it is inconvenient.
I could go on and on but I won’t. I have probably lost most readers by now. The lost opportunities in this lifetime will be the greatest blessings we ever missed. God really does know us better than we know ourselves.
