100 Push Up Challenge

Misty, Kyle and I started our Push Up Challenge tonight. I did 30 for my trial a few days ago and Misty just guessed at 15 because she wanted to work out with me. When I looked at the workout I thought it was too easy but I got a surprise. It goes like this, one set of 10 push ups and 60 seconds rest, a second set of 10 with 60 seconds rest, then 8 and then 6. The last set is as many as you can do. I did 20 for the last set and it wasn’t easy at all. In just 6 weeks I am supposed to be able to do 100 push ups at one time. I can’t wait to see if it works.
