I have no reason to share these other than the fact that God is doing Awesome things in the Bolen Family. Here is a family that like mine and yours has experienced a lot of heartache with the death of several family and friends who were very close to them in just the past year. Here is a family that is active in our church and love God and most of all, here is a family that is beautiful and I get to call them friends. It is because of families and individuals like these that FUMC Hillsville is getting things done for God. It is an honor to serve Our Lord with people like you.

Thank you so much for that! My family are so lucky to be blessed with a wonderful church family like the one we have at First United Methodist of Hillsville. Without God’s love and and the support we have recieved from our church family I hate to think where our lives would be. God led us back to church, and ya’ll took care of the rest.
Open arms and non-judgmental love was what we needed after the trying year that my family had to endure. I’m glad to say that my family as a “whole” are better than ever and are ready to be workers for the gospel which is Jesus Christ. It truly is amazing how God’s love and guidance can open your eyes to wonderful things, and people.
