I went to the lobby for a cup of coffee this morning and I met a couple who were just enjoying the view of the Ocean. They struck up a conversation and said they had spent the night on the beach. I said to them, “if my wife and I were younger we might like to do that but we are too old and too many children to do that anymore”. Then as Kyle and I stepped onto the elevator the little voice said going up and the gentleman next to me said, “I wish it could say something else once in a while” to which I replied, “yeah I remember when elevators didn’t talk to which he replied, “I remember when there was a man standing on here saying going up or down”. Oh well after feeling too old to spend the night on the beach I now feel young again. I never remember a person on board the elevator but I have seen it in old movies.
