Training Log Thursday May 7th, 2009

Kenneth and I ran just over 5 miles this evening. I made a commitment last Thursday to eat better and lose these extra pounds. Last week Iweighed in at 212 lbs on my scales at home and tonight I weighed in @ 206lbs. I can win this battle, I did it several years ago and I will do it again. It has been a busy week with the funeral of a great friend and then 2 nights of revival preaching so the exercise has suffered but we are headed into a new week.
