Guilt free reading

I am a reader, I typically will read at least one book a week. However with Seminary the past 4 years it has been hard at times to maintain that schedule. For each class in Seminary we had from 2500 to 4000 pages to read and many times that was not the kind of reading I would enjoy. It was necessary and I learned a lot. One thing that I remember during the past 4 years is every time I would pick up a book to read that didn’t relate to one of my classes I felt guilty. Not any more, I just finished Max Lucado’s “Fearless” and have read several chapters in Rick and Bubbas, the Almost nearly perfect marriage. Ahh, guilt free reading!
