I purchased this book because we are dealing with issues of communication in our multi-site church. It is not so much that there is mis-communication as it is that there is too much information and yet some people just don’t get the messages. I am on a journey to find a solution.
This book is definitely not the solution to our issues and concerns but it is a quick read and could be helpful to someone just starting to manage a team of employee’s or a volunteer group from a distance. It wasn’t a total waste of money but it is very simple and basic so not much help to me.
You will learn things here about effective ways to use media and the online community to have meetings and stay connected.
