Hello awesome and forgiven people. I thank God every day that we are forgiven and I just remembered that he has chosen to forget what it was he forgave us of. Yeah! This makes me want to be a better person, when I realize the sacrifice he made for me and he continues to give and give.
It was a great service this morning at 9am. I am sorry that we had to cancel for the 1030am but we just felt it was the best thing to do when we started to receive reports of accidents. We assumed that it would only get worse.
It is week 2 for our Circle Maker series and it is obvious God wanted us to work on the subject of prayer. So many of you have sent me notes and called me to say that God is working in your life. Many of you have shared with me what it is that you are circling in prayer and I am praying with you. Please join me as I pray for our church to be a tithing church. There are many things in my personal life that I am circling. Family members who need Christ, financial matters, and continued health for my parents.
It feels like it is a time of great change and I am ready for what ever it is that God is getting us prepared for. We live in a world of constant change and most of the time I would choose to stay with the known and comfortable but I’m ready to move forward. I pray that you are also. Let’s get all in with God and see our community come to Christ. Who is with me?
A few things to remember from today.
Stop and count your BLESSINGS.
Then ask God to multiply the blessing.
Drawing BIG prayer circles often looks like foolishness. Draw circles anyway.
The BIGGER the circle the more foolish you’ll feel.
If you want to see miracles in your life, you’ll have to take risks.
You will never walk on water until you step out of the boat.
Many of you have taken the challenge to carry or wear your prayer reminder. It is because of your willingness to look foolish that God is going to change this community, this world, and especially your world.
I love you guys.
