Blogging Is Back

Blogging has been huge for the ministry God has given me and I haven’t been very good at it for the past 15 months. I have been blogging several years and had an average reader stat of 200 per day but something happened.

In June of 2013 my dad was in a motorcycle accident and three days later my dad took his last breath here and his first breath in heaven with Jesus. I will always be honest with you and to be honest my world changed forever the day my dad died. I would literally say each time I walked outside my home, “the world looks different.” My dad is one of my hero’s, not perfect but the perfect dad for me.

Dad had not been well for a number of years, struggling with heart issues, actually we believe his heart is what caused the motorcycle accident. We won’t know that for sure until we get to heaven. And actually the Bible tells us that our days are numbered and when my day comes I will go to be with Jesus, wherever I am at that time and whatever I may be doing.

I went through a long period of time of depression. It didn’t stop me from functioning and being a husband and dad. But it did cause me to take time to just walk with God and try and find answers to all the questions I had. I’m still not back at 100% but I am dealing with the depression and I am on the road to recovery.

On that road to recovery, it is time for me to get back to something that I love and something that has worked in my ministry, blogging. Yes, like everything that I do, I do it with gusto. Sometimes I post too much, like today this is my 3rd post. But that’s Ok because if a person wants to read it you can and if you don’t then there is no pressure.

I just wanted to say, I’m back!

Ronnie
