In the front of the book the author tells us that even though you could read the book in one sitting, don’t do it. However, being the kind of person that I am, I wanted to see what it was all about. It is a fast read but you could spend a couple of weeks doing it justice by reading a chapter then putting into action what you learned. There truly is a great work here. This little book holds some very important keys to a life of less stress and not just less stress but enjoying life more.
