What is XEE?
XEE is an entirely fresh, innovative and very exciting new Evangelism Explosion equipping ministry.
HIGHLIGHTS:
· The primary materials are presented in DVD form.
· Extreme interaction throughout the training in Group Discussions.
· The Gospel presentation is geared primarily for Generation X and Gen Y young people. Generally, Gen X’ers are in the 25-45 age group, but XEE is much preferred by teenagers and Boomers as well.
· No lecturing. Leaders will be “facilitators” using the DVD’s as their guide. XEE evangelism concepts will be discovered in Group Discussions led by Group Leaders.
· Preparation for the XEE Facilitator will be easier.
· Former 4-day Clinics will now be 2½-day Facilitator Launches, and much less expensive. ($125 per person)
· One workbook for students and one for leaders. Several websites may also be used as added tools for training, if desired.
· The Gospel presentation is story driven and the points of the outline are designed to be learned around the illustrations.”
· Although on-the-job training is a fundamental part of all EE training, people today are more enthusiastic about sharing their faith in a relational approach, with friends and work associates, etc. Therefore, the new on-the-job training (Connect Activity) is structured in a highly relational manner.
