We were in Nashville Tennessee and I heard a story that I think illustrates this message perfectly. In Tennessee you know they have Rattle Snakes and of course snakes can’t handle the cold weather. But one day a guy is walking through the woods and he sees this Rattle Snake laying on the ground and it is just almost frozen to death. He picks the snake up and puts him in his shirt. A little later the snake starts to revive, he is getting thawed out and he bites this man. He pulls him out of his shirt and says to the snake. I warmed you, I saved your life. Why did you bite me?
The snake says to him: You knew I was a snake when you picked me up.
