For those Suffering with Allergies

I have been seeing facebook post from people who are suffering with allergies and I have heard people say their allergies are in full force with the new blossoms on the trees. It just struck me that I may be able to help you.

You see, I struggled with allergies most of my life and I don’t mean just a little bit. I could seldom go out of the house from March through October without allergy problems. It was so bad that nothing helped and as a matter of fact I became addicted to nasal spray at one point in my life. I had a nasal spray in every drawer in my office, every coat pocket, every vehicle, I literally had them everywhere. I was sent home from school once in middle school because they thought something was desperately wrong with me. My eyes would swell and water, my nose would stop up, and at times I would have to sleep sitting up because especially after mowing grass I couldn’t breathe very well.

To make a long story shorter, I was also overweight and out of shape and just really tired of being sick and tired. I was at a conference and saw this book and decided to pick it up and read. i couldn’t put it down.

In this book, Dr. Rex Russell says that most of our allergies are caused by the food and drink that we consume. He suggests that you take whatever food and drinks you consume most regularly out of your diet for 30 days and see if it makes any difference. He also lives by 3 food and drink rules.

#1. Eat only those foods that God gave us for food – Clean animals

#2. Eat them in their most natural form – uncooked if possible, fruits, vegetables, etc…

#3. Don’t consume anything that becomes addictive to you

Every morning I would have a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit with a large Diet Coke. Then I would drink a large amount of sweet tea each day.

I immediately took Pork, Dark Soda (all soda for 3 years), and Sweet Tea out of my diet.

It has been more than 10 years and I have seldom had any problems at all with allergies. there are still times when I will have a little bit of a stuffy nose but it is at a minimum.

This book and the information it contains in combination with the discipline to give up some things that I craved has changed my life. It is worth your time and investment.
