I recently read “Digital Leader by Eric Qualman and in this book, Eric talks about what use to be “word of mouth” has become “world of mouth”.
In other words, it is getting harder and harder to get by with things in this digital age. This means a lot, such as, it is getting harder for spouses to cheat without being caught. It is getting harder for people to steal and rob without getting caught. This video that has gone viral this week is a great example.
