I had no idea the ING Marathon was being run in Atlanta this weekend and even when I found out I had no plans to run in it. However, plans have changed and I am signed up to run the 13.1 Half Marathon on Sunday morning. We are here visiting with our good friends Gary and Ona and they have both run in previous years so I am running in their honor.
I haven’t trained at all but I have run quite a few half and full marathons so I hope to have a respectable time.
