Hello people who are out of the box,
We finished up the “Reminders” series yesterday and I have heard from many of you that you were blessed, encouraged, and challenged by this three-week series. Listen, if you need to talk, come see me, text me, send me a facebook message, just anything to get the door open for you. Yesterday was a special day, my friend Jeff Scott took the stage with me and shared some of his personal story of Living For God With M.S. I say living with M.S. because that is exactly what Jeff does. He could have sat down and given up 18 years ago when he received the diagnosis but he didn’t. Matter of fact, he put life in high gear and started serving God even more. We hear about the good and great things of God all the time but yesterday we heard that God gave a gift to Paul that none of us would want. What is your gift?
I pray that you have the best week ever and I am so excited to get back with you this Sunday. We are starting our Christmas series, The Purpose Of Christmas. Friday evening is our Christmas party downtown, bring a dish, a soda and come have some laughs and some great fellowship. Remember our Christmas Celebration coming December 21-23. We have some great music and messages lined up and you don’t want to miss this. This is our gift to you and to our community this Christmas season.
We have more joining the church this week and 2 to baptize, God is at work and we stand amazed in His presence.
